1. Your legal rights come first
This policy applies worldwide. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable local law provides greater rights than this policy, those legal rights will apply.
Country-specific rights are set out in section 15.
2. The short version
- If we got it wrong — wrong item, wrong size against your order confirmation, manufacturing fault, damage in transit, missing part, or a product materially different from its description — we fix it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- If the size or the style isn't what you hoped for — on eligible stocked products we may offer one size exchange, at our discretion, if you request it within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping; we pay to ship the replacement back out to you. Duties or taxes on either leg are your responsibility. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
- We do not offer cash refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind unless mandatory local law requires one.
- Print-on-demand, made-to-order, preorder, limited-release, clearance and final-sale products are not voluntarily returnable for sizing mistakes or change of mind. Your legal rights for faulty or incorrect goods still apply, and UK/EU cancellation rights still apply where they are available (see section 15.3).
- Never send anything back without written authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
3. Before you order
Every garment has a size guide with real measurements. Please measure a garment you already own and compare it before you buy. Fit, drape and colour rendering vary between screens, fabrics and construction methods.
Ordering a size that does not fit is not a fault, and disliking the fit, colour, weight or style of a product is not a fault. In those situations only the voluntary process in section 4 is available, and only for eligible products.
4. Voluntary returns and size exchanges
A voluntary return is one we offer as a commercial courtesy. It is not required by law and it is offered entirely at our discretion.
4.1 What we may offer
For eligible stocked products, where your request is approved, we may offer one size exchange for the same product in a different size. One exchange per order line. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may instead offer store credit (see section 12) or, where we choose to, another remedy. We are not obliged to offer a cash refund for a sizing mistake or a change of mind unless mandatory local law requires one.
4.2 Time limit
You must contact us and request the exchange within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier's tracking. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Once approved, the item must be posted back to the address we give you within 14 days of our approval, using a tracked service.
4.3 Who pays
For sizing mistakes and change-of-mind returns:
- You pay return shipping to the address we nominate.
- We pay to ship your replacement size back out to you.
- You are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage or handling fees on the return leg. Duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority on the replacement leg are outside our control and remain your responsibility.
- Any return-to-sender, redirection or re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address remain your responsibility.
The original shipping fee you paid is not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
We do not automatically issue prepaid return labels for the return leg, and we will not cover return freight for a sizing mistake or a change of mind unless we are legally required to, or unless the problem was caused by us. We do cover the cost of shipping your replacement size back out to you.
4.4 Condition required
To pass inspection, a voluntarily returned item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Undamaged, unaltered and unrepaired.
- Free from marks, stains, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, aftershave, smoke, food odours, pet hair and any other odour.
- Returned with all original tags attached and undamaged.
- Returned in its original packaging, with all armour, inserts, liners, spare parts, stickers, cards and accessories.
- In a condition we can resell as new.
Trying a garment on briefly, indoors, over clean clothing is fine. Riding in it, sleeping in it, wearing it out, washing it or removing tags is not.
4.5 Inspection and rejection
Every voluntary return is inspected. If it fails inspection we may reject it. A rejected return will not be exchanged or credited.
Where a return is rejected, you must pay the cost of having it returned to you. We will contact you with the amount. If we do not receive payment and instructions within 30 days of notifying you, we may dispose of the item without further notice or payment to you.
4.6 Return shipping risk
Use a tracked and, where available, insured service, and keep your tracking number. You bear the risk for voluntary returns until they physically reach us. We are not responsible for voluntary returns lost, delayed, seized or damaged in transit, and we cannot process a return we have not received.
5. Products excluded from voluntary returns
The following are not eligible for a voluntary size exchange, store credit or change-of-mind return:
- Print-on-demand products — items printed or decorated only after you order them, so no stock is held. This currently includes our AS Colour printed tees and crops and our print-on-demand partner range.
- Made-to-order products — produced specifically to fill your order.
- Genuinely personalised products — anything customised to your name, initials, number, measurements or specification.
- Preorder and limited-release products after the cancellation cut-off (see section 9).
- Clearance, final-sale, sample, seconds, Vault and archive products where they are described as final sale at the point of purchase.
- Hygiene-sensitive products — balaclavas, neck tubes, face coverings, headwear and any item worn directly against the face, mouth or hair, and any underlayer worn next to the skin. These cannot be resold once worn.
- Gift cards and store credit.
- Free gifts and promotional items supplied at no charge.
Important clarification. These exclusions apply only to voluntary returns. They do not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or materially different from its description, and they do not affect the statutory cancellation rights described in section 15.3.
We also want to be accurate about print-on-demand. Ordinary print-on-demand production is not automatically the same thing as a personalised or made-to-your-specification product. Where UK or EU/EEA cancellation rights apply to a print-on-demand item, those rights apply and this exclusion does not override them.
6. You must be authorised before you return anything
Do not send anything back to us until we have given you written authorisation.
To request authorisation, email fullthrottletherapy.store@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to do. If your request is approved we will send you a written authorisation and the correct return address.
The return address changes depending on the product and where it was fulfilled from. Our range ships from stock held in Australia, from our third-party warehouse in China, and from print providers. Depending on the item, we may direct your return to an Australian address, an overseas address, or a supplier's address.
Never return an item to the address printed on the parcel, the sender address on the shipping label, or any address you find online, unless we specifically instruct you to. Parcels sent to those addresses routinely disappear and cannot be traced or credited.
Returns sent without written authorisation, or sent to an address we did not nominate, may be refused, left unprocessed, disposed of, or returned to you at your expense.
7. Faults, wrong items and fulfilment errors
If the problem was caused by us, one of our suppliers, a print provider or our warehouse, we deal with it. This section covers:
- The wrong product being sent.
- A size sent that does not match your order confirmation.
- A manufacturing fault.
- A product damaged before or during delivery.
- A product materially different from its description on our website.
- A missing component, insert or accessory.
7.1 Tell us quickly
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Report visible damage, a wrong item or a missing component within 7 days of delivery. Report a manufacturing fault as soon as you notice it.
7.2 What we need from you
To assess a claim we need:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear, well-lit photographs or video showing the fault or the item received.
- Photographs of the product label and the size label.
- Where relevant, photographs of the outer packaging and the shipping label.
We may ask for additional images, for the item to be returned for assessment, or for an independent assessment. Where we ask you to return an item for a genuine fault or a fulfilment error, we will arrange or pay for that return.
7.3 Do not alter the item
Until we have given you instructions, please do not wash, wear, alter, repair, cut, dye or discard a disputed item, and please keep the packaging. Doing so may make the claim impossible to assess and may affect the remedy available.
7.4 The remedy
Where a genuine fault or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required by the consumer law that applies to you. Depending on your country and on how serious the problem is, that may be a repair, a replacement, a refund, or a partial refund. Section 15 explains how this works in the main markets we sell to.
8. What is not a fault
The following are not manufacturing faults and are not covered by section 7:
- Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, softening, thread pulls and general ageing.
- Damage caused by a crash, fall, slide, drop or impact. See section 10.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, sharp objects, heat, chemicals, fuel, oil, chain lube or solvents.
- Damage caused by incorrect washing, bleaching, tumble drying, ironing over prints or reflective panels, or failing to follow the care instructions.
- Alterations, tailoring, repairs or modifications made by you or anyone else.
- Shrinkage, stretching or fading consistent with the fabric and the care instructions.
- Minor variation in colour, print placement, embroidery, reflective finish or measurement within normal manufacturing tolerance.
- A garment not fitting, or not looking the way you expected.
9. Preorders, limited releases and made-to-order
Preorder and limited-release products are produced in fixed runs against confirmed orders. Preorder pricing exists because you are committing early.
You may request cancellation of a preorder or limited-release order up until production, stock allocation, packing or shipping has begun for that run. After that point the order cannot be cancelled, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. Where we can, we will tell you the cut-off date at the time of the drop.
Estimated production and delivery dates for preorders are estimates only, not guarantees. Production and freight timelines can move. A delay does not by itself entitle you to cancel, unless the delay is unreasonable or applicable law provides otherwise. If a run is cancelled by us or cannot be produced, we will refund you in full.
Once a preorder is delivered, the ordinary rules in this policy apply to it.
10. Protective products, crash damage and the Wreck Replacement Guarantee
Some of our garments include Kevlar® lining or pockets for CE-rated armour. Please read this carefully.
- Our Kevlar-lined garments are abrasion-resistant apparel. Unless a specific product page states that the garment holds a particular certification, they are not certified motorcycle protective clothing, not personal protective equipment, and not a substitute for proper riding gear.
- Reflective prints and panels are a visibility feature. They are not certified hi-visibility or safety equipment.
- Riding carries risk. No garment can prevent injury.
- A garment that has been crashed in has done its job and is no longer serviceable. Crash damage is not a manufacturing fault and is not a returnable defect.
- Once a garment has been worn on a motorcycle it cannot be returned as unworn.
Crash-damaged Kevlar-lined garments may be covered by our separate Wreck Replacement Guarantee, which is a voluntary goodwill program with its own terms, its own eligibility window and its own claim process. It is not part of this returns policy, it is not a warranty, and it does not affect your legal rights. See the Wreck Replacement Guarantee page for the current terms.
11. Delivery problems, addresses and uncollected parcels
11.1 Your address is your responsibility
You must provide a complete and correct delivery address, including any unit, apartment, building or business name. We ship to the address supplied at checkout. We cannot guarantee that an address change requested after you order can be actioned.
11.2 Where you pay
You are responsible for all return-to-sender, redirection, storage, re-delivery and re-shipping costs where a parcel is not delivered because:
- The address you gave was incorrect, incomplete or out of date.
- You refused the delivery.
- You did not collect the parcel from the carrier or collection point within the carrier's holding period.
- You did not pay import duties, taxes or customs charges that were payable on delivery.
- You did not respond to carrier or customs contact attempts.
Where a parcel comes back to us in these circumstances, we will contact you. You may choose to have it re-shipped at your cost, or we may credit the value of the goods (excluding all original shipping, duties, taxes and return costs) to store credit. If we do not hear from you within 30 days we may return the goods to stock and issue store credit at our discretion.
11.3 Risk of loss
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us, or to a person or place you nominated.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, contact us and we will lodge a claim with the carrier and put it right. If tracking shows the parcel was delivered, or was left in accordance with a safe-drop or authority-to-leave instruction you gave the carrier, we are not responsible for it being subsequently stolen or lost — but tell us anyway and we will help you pursue the carrier.
11.4 Delivery estimates
All shipping and delivery times shown anywhere on our website are estimates only. They are not guaranteed and do not form part of our contract with you. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control. Nothing here limits any right you have where a delivery date was agreed as essential or where local law imposes a maximum delivery period.
12. Store credit
- Store credit is issued in the currency of the original order and is applied to your customer account or issued as a code.
- Store credit is valid for 36 months from the date of issue unless a longer period is required by law in your country. Where local law requires a longer minimum validity period, that longer period applies.
- Store credit is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and cannot be reloaded or refunded.
- Store credit does not cover shipping charges, duties or taxes unless we say otherwise.
- Store credit issued as a remedy for a genuine fault does not replace any refund you are legally entitled to.
13. Bundles, multi-buys, free gifts and promotions
- Bundles and kits are sold as a single unit at a bundle price. To return or exchange a bundle you must return every component in resaleable condition. We do not break bundles apart or credit individual components at their standalone price.
- Multi-buy discounts (for example buy two, save X) are conditional on the qualifying quantity. If a return takes your order below the qualifying quantity, the discount is forfeited and the remaining items are re-priced at full price. Any credit is adjusted accordingly.
- Free gifts and gift-with-purchase items must be returned, unused and in original packaging, alongside the qualifying item. If a free gift is not returned, its full retail value is deducted from any credit.
- Promotional and competition products supplied at no charge or at a nominal price are not returnable except where a legal remedy applies.
- Free shipping thresholds. If a return takes your order below a free-shipping threshold, the shipping cost that would otherwise have applied may be deducted from any credit.
- Discount codes, promotional pricing and preorder pricing are not reinstated, extended or re-applied to a later order.
14. Sale and final-sale products
Products bought on sale, in a clearance, as a sample or second, or marked final sale at the point of purchase are not eligible for a voluntary size exchange, store credit or change-of-mind return.
This exclusion is voluntary only. Your legal rights are unaffected. If a sale product is faulty, incorrect, damaged or materially different from its description, section 7 and your statutory rights apply exactly as they would to a full-price product.
15. Country-specific rights
The following is a plain-English summary, not legal advice, and consumer law differs between countries and, in some countries, between states and provinces. Where your local law gives you more than this policy, your local law wins.
15.1 Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure is minor, we may choose whether to repair, replace or refund. Where a failure is major, you may choose a refund or a replacement.
Businesses are not required under the Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund or exchange where you simply changed your mind, chose the wrong size, or decided you did not like the product. Our voluntary exchange offer in section 4 is in addition to your legal rights, not a substitute for them.
15.2 New Zealand
Where you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply and are not excluded by this policy. Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. Remedies depend on whether the failure is of a substantial character. There is no general legal right to a refund for change of mind or an incorrect size choice.
15.3 United Kingdom and European Union / EEA
This section applies where you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or in an EU/EEA member state. It sits alongside, and does not replace, your rights in respect of faulty or incorrect goods.
Right to cancel. For most goods bought online you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days. That period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
How to tell us. You must tell us clearly that you are cancelling, within that 14-day period, before it expires. Email fullthrottletherapy.store@gmail.com with your order number and a statement that you are cancelling. You may use a model cancellation form if you prefer. Simply sending the goods back without telling us is not sufficient, and we ask you to contact us first so we can give you the correct return address.
Returning the goods. Once you have told us you are cancelling, you must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
Return shipping costs. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. This is stated here so that you are informed before you order, as the law requires. Depending on the item and where it was fulfilled from, the return address may be in Australia, in China, or at a print provider, and return freight from the UK or Europe may be significant. We will tell you the applicable address and, where we can, an indication of cost when you contact us.
Outbound delivery charges. If you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose an express, upgraded or non-standard delivery option, we refund only the amount that our cheapest standard delivery option to your address would have cost. If you cancel only part of an order, delivery charges are not refunded.
Deductions for handling. You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop — try a garment on over clean clothing, check the fit, the fabric and the finish. If the value of the goods is reduced because you handled them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — for example wearing a garment outside, riding in it, washing it, removing tags, staining or marking it — we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect that lost value, up to the full price of the goods.
Your refund. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent them back.
Exceptions to the right to cancel. The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example an item customised with your name, initials, number or measurements.
- Goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. Note: we do not currently supply our hygiene-sensitive items individually sealed. Where an item is not supplied sealed, we do not rely on this exception.
Print-on-demand is not automatically personalisation. We want to be straight with you about this. Where a garment is printed with one of our standard designs only after you order it, that is a production method, not a customisation made to your specification. We therefore treat our ordinary print-on-demand garments as within the 14-day cancellation right for UK and EU/EEA consumers. The exclusion in section 5 does not override that. Only genuinely personalised or made-to-your-specification items fall within the exception above.
Faulty or misdescribed goods. Separately from the right to cancel, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. In the United Kingdom you generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, and rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a final right to reject after that. In the EU/EEA you generally have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery, with rights to repair or replacement and, in certain cases, price reduction or termination of the contract. Where we caused the problem, we pay the return costs.
15.4 United States
There is no general federal right to return goods bought online because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Returns are governed by the retailer's posted policy, and this document is our posted policy. Some states impose additional requirements on posted return policies, and some give consumers additional rights. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law of your state, or under applicable federal law including the Federal Trade Commission's rules on mail, internet and telephone order merchandise.
15.5 Canada
Consumer protection is governed provincially and territorially. There is no general Canada-wide cooling-off right for online purchases, but several provinces — including Quebec and Ontario — give consumers specific rights in relation to distance and internet contracts, including in some circumstances a right to cancel and a right to require a credit-card chargeback. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory.
15.6 Other markets
We ship worldwide. Where the country you are ordering from gives you mandatory consumer rights that go beyond this policy, those rights apply. If you are unsure what applies to you, contact us and tell us where you are — we will work it out with you.
16. Refunds — how and when
Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method. We are not able to refund to a different card, account or person.
Once approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to post it to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you a refund was approved and it has not appeared, contact us at fullthrottletherapy.store@gmail.com.
Where a refund is issued for a UK or EU/EEA cancellation, the timing in section 15.3 applies.
17. Duties, taxes and customs
International orders may attract import duties, taxes, GST/VAT, brokerage or handling charges. Unless the charges were collected by us at checkout and shown as such on your order confirmation, they are payable by you and are not refunded by us.
Where duties and taxes were collected at checkout and a refund is due, we will refund them in accordance with applicable law. Where they were charged by your local customs authority or carrier, you may need to claim them back from that authority directly — we can supply documentation to help you do that.
Duties and taxes paid on a returned or exchanged item are not reimbursed by us for voluntary returns.
18. Fair use
This policy is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse a voluntary return or exchange, to decline future orders, or to restrict access to our store, where we reasonably consider a customer to be abusing this policy — for example through repeated wear-and-return behaviour, an excessive rate of returns or claims, fraudulent claims, or claims we can demonstrate to be false. This does not affect your legal rights.
19. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you placed it. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this version took effect.
20. Contact us
Email: fullthrottletherapy.store@gmail.com
Please include your order number in every message. We typically respond within 3 to 5 business days.
Do not return anything until we have authorised it in writing and given you a return address.

You pay the return shipping, the replacement shipping, and any duties or taxes.

You must contact us and request the exchange within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier's tracking. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Once approved, the item must be posted back to the address we give you within 14 days of our approval, using a tracked service.
4.3 Who pays
For sizing mistakes and change-of-mind returns, you pay:
- Return shipping to the address we nominate.
- Shipping of the replacement garment out to you.
- Any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage or handling fees on either leg.
- Any return-to-sender, redirection or re-shipping costs.
The original shipping fee you paid is not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
We do not automatically issue prepaid return labels. We will not cover return freight for a sizing mistake or a change of mind unless we are legally required to, or unless the problem was caused by us.

20. Contact us
