What we cover
- Any Full Throttle Therapy Kevlar-lined garment
- Damaged in a genuine riding incident
- Within 24 months of the original purchase date
- One replacement per garment
How to claim
- Take photos of the damaged garment.
- Email fullthrottletherapy.store@gmail.com with your order number, the photos, and a few words about what happened.
- We review every claim within 48 hours.
- We send your replacement free, anywhere in the world.
What we don't cover
- Wear and tear, washing damage, or non-crash damage
- Garments purchased second-hand
- Damage outside the 24-month window
- Repeat claims on the same garment
