- Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve: Measure from shoulder seam to wrist.

We will replace any eligible FTT garment free of charge if it’s damaged in a genuine riding crash within 24 months of purchase. To qualify, you must return the damaged garment to us—this allows us to inspect real crash damage and feed it directly into product development. Every wreck teaches us how to make the next generation tougher.

- Give us heads up on the CONTACT US page.
- We will email back requesting: proof, time-stamped photos of garment damage (front, back, close-ups), the bike or crash scene, and your order number.
- 1 claim per garment lifetime.
- Once approved it is the purchaser's responsibility to ship the item back to us.
- Once received and the claim is deemed legitimate we will send you a replacement. If that design is has been discontinued we will let you choose a current design of similar value.
Exclusions: non-crash damage, normal wear and tear, burns/chemicals, theft/loss, commercial stunts.
